Thanks to that unscrupulous villain, ringmaster Conrad Mooch, and his partner, Patty Larceny, the Pampermouse Circus is stranded, minus many of its star attractions. Jumbo, the elephant, is missing, and so is Jo-Jo, the loony chimpanzee. Even the dancing bear has waltzed off. Not content to be just the ringmaster, Mooch has a dastardly plan. The circus will belong to him — and Miss Rosie, granddaughter of the owner, will be his bride. Besides keeping a leery eye on Patty and her knife-tossing act, our villain must contend with Jim Nasium, the circus roustabout who’s in love with Rosie. Hoping to demolish the performers’ spirits, Mooch announces he has a sensational new act that will save the struggling big top — INVISIBLE Russian Wolfhounds! Naturally, it flops and it looks as if it’s curtains for the greatest little show in town. But Jim takes center ring and saves the day! The cast is a parade of howlingly funny characters — The Great Flamo! Helen Highwire! Mary and Jane, the Siamese twins! Toss in some townsfolk and schoolkids, and you’ve got a rollicking, high-spirited romp that’s fun for children of all ages.
Dinner will be a buffet featuring circus foods from around the world. The dinner will be under the direction of Chef Maggie and her very special cooking class made up of 3rd-8th grade Bill Roberts students.
